I am assuming that is because animals are allowed to stay on the property which is great but I wish owners would let you know that it needs a deep clean. « Check in was ok however they have roaches and don’t provide you with everything you supposed to get at check-in. After my first night I asked to checkout and get a refund for the remainder of my stay I booked 10nights. I’m told no refunds and I can’t cancel. Policy says you must book a minimum of 7 nights. « Stayed for three nights August 2026. First night, room smelled musty and damp but was cool and we were tired so we slept. Went out for the next day and left AC on. Got back early evening and found water on the floor under the unit and the room was extremely damp. Found that the condensation for the AC was not draining.
