It was nice. Good company and mostly quiet. The downside is we weren’t aware we had to provide everything needed for the hotel stay. More could have been said. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I didn’t like how dirty it was roaches everywhere the carpet was tore up tile missing on the kitchen floor, dirty comforters, overall just not a good place to stay if you like a clean place

I was late traveling and arrived after 7pm Monday and unable to check in and had to get another hotel Came back Tuesday at 4:25 pm and no one there to check me in. I had to get another hotel room again. Filed complaint and they refused to provide any refund and said I was a no show!!!!! Unbelievable!

I received a call from hotel 3hrs prior to check in to be told that the room I had reserved was no longer available because they'd given it to another customer. I proceeded to go to hotel after arriving in Columbia and front desk girl was able to help us get a room on premises. The floors needed cleaned, though there is no smoking in room policy, I suffered sinus congestion due to heavy smoking from neighboring rooms that bled into my room. I was awakened every night due to people in next room over being very loud and obnoxious all through the night. Only received one towel, one thin wash rag and partial roll of toilet tissue to use for the week. Bedding was clean and front desk girl was pleasant.

Nope

They allowed me to book and pay, knowing there were no rooms available for the foreseeable future. I was stranded in a new city with a small child and wasn’t even offered a stay at a sister company or anything. Zero compassion. They knew who I was the min I walked in the door, but couldn’t even give me the decency of a phone call to tell me they were over booked? Completely not ok. Kid sitting in the lobby (I’m assuming was a friend of the desk person) scoffed and snickered at my misfortune.

Unfortunately, we are currently residing at the Intown Suites hotel located on Two Notch Road, as we await the closing of our new home. I must emphasize that our experience at this establishment has been nothing short of traumatic. We have been staying here since May 28, 2025, and are scheduled to close on our home this coming Wednesday, June 18, 2025, which is a welcome relief. The hotel's environment is extremely unpleasant, with evident drug activity, solicitation, and excessive noise from the people above our room on the 2nd floor. Furthermore, we have been experiencing issues with our toilet, which has been non-functional for a week. Despite maintenance efforts, including the purchase of a plunger, the issue persists. We were informed that a plumber would visit on Monday, but apparently, they arrived yesterday without resolving the issue, which is affecting both the first and second floors. It is alarming to note that the hotel has only one maintenance person and one housekeeper. Upon arrival, guests are provided with a set of sheets and towels, which become their property after use. However, during our first week, the housekeeper failed to tidy our room due to an overwhelming number of check-outs. We pay weekly, but consistently experience issues with room access after payment, with the excuse being that the system may not have reflected our payment promptly. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Room was spacious but the amenities are not that good and bad smell is coming throughout my stay in the room. Shower was not working properly we reported to the front desk but no one come to check on that. Overall I am not satisfied with my stay.
