​Subject: Disappointing Stay – Room Quality and Pricing Issues ​I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations—especially given the price tag of $360 after taxes. ​Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by an overpowering scent from a air freshener plugin that was strong enough to burn my eyes and nose. While it seems the room underwent a recent renovation, the execution was incredibly poor and lacked basic attention to detail: ​Cleanliness: There was a thick layer of dust everywhere. ​Maintenance Issues: The bathroom door handle was loose and falling off, and the shower curtain rod was not properly attached. ​Fixtures & Comfort: The curtains were nearly see-through, offering very little privacy or light control. ​Noisy A/C: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, sounding like "rocks in a tin can." It absolutely should have been updated during the renovation. ​To make matters worse, the very next day I received a promotional advertisement from your property listing the same rooms for $160. Paying over double that amount for a room with significant maintenance and cleanliness issues feels incredibly unfair. ​I hoped for a much higher standard of comfort and quality for the price paid. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these issues. The staff was notified of these concerns on our way out.

Really enjoyed our stay, clean room and facility, helpful staff, boardwalk right at hotel and along the ocean, beautiful views and a great walk, overall great experience
