We loved this hotel! Super clean, contemporary and quirky. self check in was fine - there were staff there to help. Loved the ipad to control everything in the room. Big shout out to Conor who was so helpful and friendly! Location is good, but we did have to get Ubers to most places. A great stay overall, would recommend.

Perfect location for exploring the centre of Dublin! I had just completed a 16 day group tour of Scotland and Ireland, so wanted a place to rest and explore by walking. Grafton Street was a shopper’s dream! I enjoyed very much listening to the street musicians and Marks and Spencer’s food floor supplied fresh to go snacks, breakfast foods and I was even able to make pizza in the studio kitchen. I enjoyed touring Trinity College and the Book of Kells and spent a beautiful afternoon in St Stephens Green, all an easy walk away. Last dinner at Davy Byrnes, highly recommend. Only regret was I left the day of the U2 50th anniversary concert on the balcony of Bewley’s! Hope to stay at Grafton Street Studios again!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 of us with 5 single beds expected for our 4 night stay.
The check in was better than we expected as the booking said we’d have to go to a Granby Place office first to check in. However the actual process communicated on the day was for us to download a City break app which when presented next to the doors to the main building and apartment allowed access.
We didn’t quite figure out how to allow another person in our group to have key access but as we stuck together most of the time this wasn’t a problem.
When we got in to the apartment there were actually 4 double beds set up which didn’t suit our group of 5 men so we had to split one of the doubles and turn it in to a single and make do with no sheets on one of the beds for the night whilst new sheets requested were provided the day after.
Other than this the apartment was a good relaxing base for our stay in Dublin with a lovely view of the river in an excellent location for the Temple Bar life and surprisingly quiet despite the location. For a group of us it was a much better set up than all being in separate hotel rooms elsewhere and the cost was about the same. Would recommend it as a place to stay

"Nice hotel for what it is. Small-ish rooms with the shower in the middle of the room but i guess that's the trend now for new hotels...? Super odd but is what it is.
