"This was the 2nd time I was at this property. The location is great, parking is a challange but "doable". What was different was the unit I was in . It appeared to need to some TLC. It was clean but worn. For example the wall desk needed repairs, corners of cabinents were pealing, closet door did not close all the way, hinges maybe bent.The unit was missing chairs to sit on. "I rarely write reviews, but i felt i need to put this one down to help other future stays make an informed choice about this property. For start its in a beautiful location. The owners are however not honest, the property is not an apartment but a basement in a private home. I would not have minded this except that it was moldy and may not be good for anyone with allergies. "It was cute & well-located. We were comfortable though the ceilings are quite low in spots (attic) and the ac was so loud, it was hard to hear the tv. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The spiral/short stairs are a bit much & there was a funny smell, seemed to be from the bathroom. Loved walking into town to explore."
