Also, Ozzy was really easy to communicate with and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. Upon arrival we had to climb 35 steep steps and drag our luggage and groceries up. I could not have my parents or Aunts come over because they could not climb the stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable the bathroom floor feels like you are going to fall through it, and is so small. My husband and I watched a movie and the host called and said it was to loud. Really it was 10:15 pm and not loud at all. When you pay what we did you have certain expectations. These were not met on this trip.
