"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"The staff helped me book 4 rooms for a group and facilitated the payment and assignment of rooms. The room was so comfortable and clean. The lobby is set up so a Royo can spend time together. The Common Man and the cafe were right in the building which was convenient. We ate at several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great."
