Excellent hotel in every respect. My wife, 8 year old son and I all loved it there. The staff were superb, the breakfast delicious, the room clean with a nice balcony, what more can I say!

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

Great spot for the night before an overseas trip.

On the street parking is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it as you have to move every couple hours. As for parking on site - this needs to be prearranged and then is quite expensive. I definitely think Uber or public transport is the best option. The king superior room with a balcony was just the best thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was extra. The shops within an easy walking and having the beach directly across the road was the biggest bonus. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly highly recommend staying here🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
