Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great.

What a wonderful hotel! Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the outstanding customer service to the spotless cleanliness, comfort, and incredible attention to detail.
The entire staff is friendly, professional, and multilingual, making communication effortless and completely stress-free.
A very special thank you to Mark and Olena from Guest Relations! They were absolutely fantastic, always ready to help and resolving any questions or requests quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more special!
The food was absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the talented chefs and wonderful waitstaff for their exceptional service and dedication.
What makes this hotel truly special is the genuine warmth and hospitality of its people. Every detail is handled with care, making guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
An unforgettable experience and a place we would absolutely love to return to! Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel is mainly focused on foreign customers, staff members give priority to them. Generally staff members are kind but one of the staff members in patisserie section acted very rude, it shadowed our holiday experience and made us feel bad. Pool is so crowded we couldn’t spend so much time on pool. Customers leave their towels early in the morning and it s really hard to find a place to sit in the afternoon. I think in our room there was an error with the Air conditioner because when we open the door it starts working and when we close the door it closes, it should be the opposite. Cocktails are nice but the meals could be better. Eventhough there were food selections most of them was not satisfying. I would not rather stay in this hotel again.
