Very quiet and close to Monaco!

Very convinient for meeting at the Forum provided you dont mind some stair climbing

Not easy to find in Monaco’s street even with a GPS. But once there all is good!

The hotel was responsive on every level. Great for walking to the every need. Would come back here anytime

Beau séjour! Belle appartement avec commodité! Mur peu isolé! Et lit dur! Belle emplacement près du vieux Èze!

The Hotel is located on a busy street. Once inside the building, it is quiet and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a small elevator that will take you to the top floor where the Reception Office is located. The agent at the desk then assisted us with carrying our suitcases (not small ones mind you!) down to the floor where we were located. The room was spotless, bright, new and very quiet. Anything we needed was available and staff was always more than happy to answer...

Bon hébergement environ 2 kilomètres du vieux-Nice et de animation une grande épicerie juste à côté de hôtel belle piscine seul point négatif le frigo aurait dû être plus propre tout le reste était parfait

Accommodations are basic but clean/comfortable beds, nice linens. Kitchen nicely stocked

Everything in this hotel was excellent: The spacey room with fully equipped kitchenette and a lot of storage room, the bathroom with a full bath and shower, the location on one of the most famous streets in the world, the bedding, the big window (can be with a view of the city or of the sea, the latter is more expensive). It is not very central, but there are lots of buses next to the building. There is a back door that leads to another street (rue de Californie), where there are also several...

Very clean. Good internet. Amenities were simple but worked fine. Good value for money

Very good stay

This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms. It's on kind of a side street ... but near the Main Street of Rue de France that leads to 1,000 restaurants and the old city. It's also near 2 grocery stores and variety stores and 1 block from the Sea. The staff and communication (e-mail...

The reception was great....Johan was informative made us very comfortable after a long drive. The apartment was clean and modern and well equipped....a lovely cocktail hour was served with small canapes. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place and amazing staff
