Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool.
The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful.
