"I think what was unique to me was that on our first night we arrived late and the shuttle service was still able to pick us up from the airport and that to me was a great option since our rental car wasn’t ready till the next day so I am thankful that they were able to pick us up and the whole staff from the driver to the other staff were excellent and gave excellent customer service no issues."

"The building is older, as is normal for the area. The pool is in a courtyard and is nice enough, but it feels like everyone is watching you as the rooms have windows looking down on it. The room was average. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that gave us an issue was the TV remote. Frank, the valet, is very friendly. I cannot remember her name, but the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive, but it is that way everywhere around the Riverwalk. For my peace of mind, the valet cost is worth it."

"Love this hotel, everything about it was great. The restaurant attached was a little pricey but it was still fantastic, and I did appreciate that as apart of their resort fee, I received a $30 credit to the hotel restaurant so that made up for it in my opinion. Will be choosing this place again when I come back."
