"The apartment is quite big and very nice and bright. The property manager is nice and lives next door. The Apartment is perfectly situated and very near to good restaurants, the beach... The next is negativ but I might add that we are new to VRBO. We always book on Expedia which now also lists VRBO apartments. The property manager demands additional money for bed sheets, towels and the end cleaning if you don't to it your self (he will remind you a few times about this and gives hints where the...

"We enjoyed a week in this delightful house - close to amenities, woods and sea. The house was well equiped, very clean and the hosts - M and Mme Lebeau - exceedingly charming. We did pick a bad week for weather, but found pleasure in the bracing beach walks and Noirmoutier's special iodine-rich sea air! "The suite is very comfortable. Front & back entrances make for good access to your car and of course to the beach. One negative aspect was the need to rent bed linens & towels for a hefty fee which we were informed of only after the deadline to be able to cancel. Also there is an expensive housekeeping fee imposed unless you do the cleaning yourself."

"The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious."
