The rooms and property itself were clean and a short walking distance to Canal & Bourbon street. Lady who checked us in 1st night was so sweet and helpful. What I didn't like was staff on last night which was friday night the toilet flooded in room and she didn't know anything about a plunger and I asked for tissues she said they were out and later sent kleenex for restroom and someone to unclog toilet. They only give one wash cloth and dry off towels when cleaning room so you have to ask for additional towels. They don't answer phones when calling from room to lobby or cell phone to lobby. Sheets on bed or horizontal and not vertical which noone should wanna feel bare comforter at their calf on down. Keycard for room kept going out and I had my phone nowhere near and the keycard in coinpurse with my other cards. Numbers on elevators or coming off. We stayed on 5th floor and on one of the elevators you can't even push the 5th floor

refrigerator was delivered dirty.

The hotel offered the real New Orleans feel. The architecture was great. Loved sitting on the balcony. The head boards and the chair needed cleaning. We had the doors open during the day when we were in the room so we didnt realize the AC didnt work till during the night and too late to report.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience the French Quarter—you’re right in the middle of everything, but the hotel still feels like a relaxing escape when you come back from exploring. The hotel itself is beautiful and has so much classic New Orleans character and charm. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really appreciated the historic atmosphere without sacrificing modern comfort. The courtyard and pool area were especially nice and added to the overall experience. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff members I interacted with were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the service made the stay feel that much more enjoyable. Being able to walk to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, restaurants, bars, shops, and so many of the French Quarter’s attractions was a huge plus. I rarely needed transportation because so much was right outside the hotel. If you’re visiting New Orleans and want a hotel that combines location, history, atmosphere, comfort, and genuine Southern hospitality, Bourbon Orleans is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans. Five stars!
