"The facilities were run down, no hot water in showers and water ran down to no pressure along with mold in bathrooms. The dome looked like it hadn't been wiped down on the inside in a long time not something you would want to see during normal times but shouldn't be the case for public safety during covid. I feel like there is a complete lack of care or safety."

It was really a nice stay at this motel - the staff was very friendly and the rooms were excellent. Would definately stay at same place if visiting Cobat trail again.

Nice place to stay in Baddeck, highly recommend! The customer service upon check in was excellent, we were visiting for the Celtic Colours Festival and were treated to a pair of free tickets for Festival club. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were late in the season, when well over half the tourism industry has already shut down for the winter, so there was little choice. However, we were so impressed by Telegraph House we will definitely stay there again. Our room overlooked Lake Bras D'Or, and was comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even on an island known for friendliness, both the evening and morning staff offered fantastic advice about hikes in and around the Cabot Trail, complete with map.

We had the most incredible stay! The view from our deck was stunning. Room was modest but clean, and water pressure in shower was perfect. Microwave and mini fridge in room and hot breakfast in the morning is a definite plus. There is also a cozy fire pit and wood available. Just minutes from Englishtown ferry. Service and staff are the absolute best!! They went above and beyond to accommodate and were so warm, friendly and inviting. Cannot wait to back for a visit!!

The staff at this motel is great and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good and get what you pay for. I highly recommend this motel anytime I go to North Sydney. This is where I will be staying.
