« Cet hôtel est un vrai musée. Bâti en 1875, en parfait état, les meubles antiques se marient bien avec le modern pour une expérience des plus intéressante. L'accueil par Carmen était aux petits soins. Parfaitement situé en plein cœur de Sydney. Le petit déjeuné était santé et délicieux. Fortement recommandé comme endroit pour séjourner, on va y revenir. »
