Rooms are nice. Staff is a little laid back and sometimes a little slow. Bathroom layout is dangerous with tub opening on a slant and half glass door that's in the way and not very functional. Towel warmer did not work. Loud water noise from adjacent room. Great on-site dining options.

"We (2 adults and 4 kids) stayed here over Christmas and new year 2024.The chalet is beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and very cosy.
