« Very comfy, peaceful place right on the Gunnison River.Great for 2 people. Town of Gunnison is nearby for supplies, groceries, restaurants. We got groceries at Natural Grocers and cooked in. Spent a lot of time out in the yard watching fishermen and rafters go by on the river.Spent a full day at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, which was about 60 miles away. « We stayed for three nights with our two kids, 4 and 6 y/o. It's a great house, beautifully decorated. I LOVE all of the plants. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee grinder etc. The outdoor spaces are nice as well, although I'll admit that there were sooo many mosquitoes/bugs all day that we really couldn't use it. No AC, but it worked fine as long as we closed windows in the morning and opened them as soon as we could in the evening. Fans in the windows helped as well....
