"The staff was great and our room was exactly what we expected. We both agreed we will stay here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the included breakfast. I would have liked to have options beyond make your own waffle, hard boiled eggs, and sausage. Maybe scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. We stayed out of season so our choices may have been limited by the number of guests present."

"This has been our go to on Cape Cod for many, many years. Rooms are clean and well maintained, a/c is great, and doesn’t turn on and off like some places. The sink and mirror is outside the bathroom, so one person can get ready, while another showers. Each room has a mini fridge for food and drinks. Pool and hot tub are wonderful after a long day in the sun. Yummy drinks and flatbreads available at the bar truck. Located in a convenient spot, close to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Beaches are a short drive away."

"Loved this place. It was clean, well maintained, beautiful and unique, comfortable, and had so many ways to relax or have fun. The outdoor areas were great from the swimming pool to the Adirondack chairs by the bay. We did eat breakfast at the cafe and feel if they’d use a number system or some sort of way to identify peoples food it would’ve been a much better and efficient experience."
