"This is a small, low-rise luxury hotel with a private beach area. Rooms are large, well equipped and, I think, all have sea views. The hotel caters for adults only and has a relaxed feel with friendly and attentive staff. I stayed on an all inclusive basis and the standard of service and food was high. Hazem on reception was especially attentive to guests ensuring that all their needs were being met while at the hotel. I used the transfer service arranged by the hotel (from Hurghada) which at 35...
"It is nice Location in the Red Sea, the service was nice the staff of the hotel was very nice and very friendly but the Air
Condition not working . First night they gave very small room ( not 516 S. Foot ) no room phone working . No in room safe . food was very Poor no breakfast buffet . "
"Very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The drinks are unlimited but they're not really good. The food is very good in general, the rooms are wide and comfy. The bed is a little too soft, feels like a water bed. The spa inside the hotel has very good prices and is honestly excellent. The facilities by the beach are worn out and makes it a little uncomfortable, but it's still a very good hotel to spend a couple days. "
"Friendly staff and delicious foods. Big room with a great view. Actually is a 4 hotel complex with so many green places and swimming pools. The beach is very close. All inclusive service is always gave 10 kilos extra. Great holiday and unforgettable memories."
"this is my 3rd time at Shams Safaga with family, the only good thing about my stay was the price and the beach, other things was less than average, the Food and Beverage staff are not friendly at all"
"Sejour très agréable au calme et à l'écart de la ville. Petite balade ds le désert très apprécié au couché du soleil. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, dîner et petit de qualité "

"If you really want to enjoy your vacation, don’t ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them."

"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks"

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking distance, it is clean and has a boardwalk to take you to the snorkeling area. The resort has an app that you can use to book dinner, check the daily program and order room service or report a room fault. We loved the food, the buffet has a wide choice of warm and cold options, and the a la Carte restaurants are also very good quality. "

"The resort is beautiful, just like the pictures. Rooms are lovely and all have a boho vibe down to whether you can opt to wash towels/bedding to be more eco friendly. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants are great and the daily buffet whilst largely the same also had lots of new additions! Everything you need on site, loadsof excursions and activities to entertain but you can go off to quieter areas or put up a red flag if you don’t want to be disturbed all day "
