We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations.

Superbe séjour avec des enfants de 9 à 16 ans! Tout est fait pour eux, tout est inclus, pas de mauvaises surprises! La chambre était spacieuse/ très grande douche. Le seul point moyen, la nourriture beaucoup de gaspillage mais nous arrivons toujours à trouver quelque chose à manger qui nous convienne malgré tout! Je recommande cet hôtel un très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour avoir pas mal voyagé

Super veel glijbanen met uitstekend toezicht van lifeguards. Bij elk zwembad of glijbaan 1 of meerdere lifeguards. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en service gericht. Hygiëne hoog in standaard, handschoenen tijdens bereiden van voedsel. Kortom voor een week super, na een week heb je het op gebied van eten wel gezien.

Jungle is the best place to stay for family with kids , they make all the family happy from the morning till the end of the day , you will never feel Boried , I came there every eats twice from more than 12 years ago , I always miss it , big thanks for mr- Mahmoud Saed front office manager for good hospitality

The hotel was clean, very professional and friendly staff a lot to do in the hotel that I did not have to leave the hotel for any reason. Great food, I stayed for one week I did not have a single complain. Special thanking to Mrs. Mahmoud (Reception Manager) & Islam(reception) for their professionalism. Advantages Jungle is simply amazing especially for families. Your room is infront of pool and it is spacious with at least 2 beds for kids. Food is amazing with different kinds of chicken, meat and fish plates. There is Spaghetti factory and Ice cream place. Also they have pizza place and they bake there own bread. The aqua park can be compared to world class aqua park. Mr Mohammed said at reception needs to be promoted. He is problem solver and very professional. There is a bus every 5 minutes not 1/2 hour to the beach when you can do snorkeling and see colorful fish. Managers all the times watching employees do there best to serve their guests. Disadvantage You need to wear a swimming shoes in aqua park or your foot will be burned from heat. Some rooms need maintenance like fans make noisy sounds or curtains need to be washed. Walking distance to get the best plate is long like they have 7 restaurants and you can walk through all of them to prepare your own food but you will take at least 20-30 minutes to make your own plate. Some mosquitoes and lizzards that need a pest control.

Overall not pleasant experience. 1. Checked in May 1st. Room was dusty everywhere, blood stains on towels, flies& cockroaches 2. Spoke to Room service, non of the towels have been changed. 3. People at the reception do not work on things when you talk to them. We were going to trip the following day, asked to hold breakfast box and time given was 8:30. Had to wait in the reception for 30 minutes as they did not have anything ready by the time 4. We had to talk to the assistant manager, was a nice man who changed our room 5. After changing room, we came back at 12 pm and the room card not working. Spoke to lobby, said will send someone. No one showed up until I had to call again after waiting too long. He seemed totally forgot about it. 6. Kids club suppose to open at 10 am. Door is closed at 10:30 am. As per the reception, they have no idea. Somebody finally came saying the guy who should be here had issues with his car. This was in May 5th. The guys in kids club are amazing though 7. No hygienic measures. People handle food with their hands. Flies are sharing same food with residents. 8. Wild mosquito in the room. Can’t sleep 9. There is a shuttle to the beach every 30 min. The beach is amazing 10. They have a very nice kids disco at night dancing with kids 11. Pools are well distributed and maintained 12. Cafes, bars, shops are nice 13. Very cool Kids show every night
