Percebemos quando chegamos mais tarde, disseram que nada poderia ser feito, não foi oferecido outro quarto. Disseram que levariam cobertas em 1 hora tivemos que insistir para levarem na hora. ..."

"Breakfast was great, food and staff! Spa was messy, lots of dirty towels everywhere. Had dinner in the secondary restaurant in the hotel, food and service were not close to what you'd expect form a place like Casa da Montanha. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all."
