We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Air conditioning smelled swage and need claening. We had to turn off AC to stop bad swage smell. Building was old and bed was too soft.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was great! Always smiling, always friendly and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a great dinner there. Only suggestions that would have made it more enjoyable for me is if they had softer pillows and if electrical outlets were at more convenient locations. (I had to get on my knees and reach under a table to plug things in)

Our room was in the hotel magic on the fifth floor. Elevator only went to the fourth floor and a short landing needed to be reversed carrying up suitcases. We were there during an inordinately high temperature. With the environmental temperature matching the room temperature at 93°F. No AC was available. A fan only blue hot air around. The temperature at night never got below 90° so we canceled our three day reservation after one day and moved to an air-conditioned hotel. Otherwise, the location was very good in the central part of the city good walking distance for all Major sites. Not that far to the train station. Due to the stairs and lack of air-conditioning, we would not utilize this hotel in the future.
