We thought the hotel was lovely and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could possibly improve quality and choice if the hot options at breakfast time. Could not fault the quality and value for money lunch we had one day.

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

We had an ‘apartment’ room booked for 4 nights, and were impressed the space, decor and cleanliness of our room. The lighting and air conditioning could be controlled from a small control pad on the wall, which added to the modern feel. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve seen. The hotel was situated on a quiet street, but very close to both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter via a nice riverside walk. We did not need public transport at all, since it was all within a short walk. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, and would not use another hotel in Krakow!

The hospitality of the Hotel was exceptional. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful, kind and anticipatory. The restaurant is mediocre. However the location of the Hotel on Grodzka loans itself to wealth of delicious food choices. My favorite is Huma.
