"The room was very nice as was the Inn location - between the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. The staff was excellent, breakfast very good. This is one of the rare occasions however where I would love to comment on the owners. We met Dean when we arrived. What a funny, super nice guy from arrival to departure. Incredibly nice, hard working . His wife Patricia was simply incredible. I'll leave her with that - simply incredible!"

The décor perfectly captured the beachside vibe—light, airy, and thoughtfully styled to make you feel like you’re on a true coastal getaway. During our stay, I had the chance to chat with several other guests, and I noticed a common theme—many of them were repeat customers. "Clean home with all necessary amenities. Erica was very responsive to all questions. She allowed us a later check out due to our flight leaving in the evening. We enjoyed the location and local businesses. Melbourne Beach Market is awesome! Walking distance to anything you need. Highly recommend East Coast Fishing Charters and Captain Don. Lots of fun and enough fish caught for two meals for 5 people. We would love to return to the area in the future! Thank you Erica for making our stay the best possible family vacation!"
