"I just want to say, if you are thinking about it, do it! Our stay at the historic riverfront downtown house was amazing. What a magical place with lots of character. We absolutely loved our stay! The house is in a fabulous location with a therapeutic view. Sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee was a morning favorite. The house is kept up well and very clan. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and I slept better than I do on my own bed. Beth, the host was so nice and accommodating through the entire process from booking to check out, quick to respond. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Melbourne. I think we found our home away from home. "

"Everything was great. There is a coat rake in the front bedroom that fell over constantly and would come apart. If it was broken when it fell please feel free to bill it to the insurance I purchased when booking my stay."
