Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

"Would recommend staying in town (uber <€10) on a Saturday night. Short walk from airport but I was carrying a 19.9kg rucsac and took 10min for bell to be answered, which I felt was only after I'd emailed to complain (had rung bell at both locations 2x and phoned x2). Only vending machines available ..."
