"I do not recommend this home. There are many safety issues with this home. Over 8 broken windows, woodrot, mold uneven flooring to list a few. This home is in needed a safety inspection, major repairs as well as a deep clean. The photos do not represent the house in a factual way. If you do book, please request additional photos or a video of the house before your arrive. "

"The sheets were clean but stained. The water was perfectly hot. Front desk person suggested a restaurant in town that ended up being fantastic! No breakfast, but we didn't mind. It was clean, affordable and convenient."

"Here’s a polished, more natural version of your review:The location is fantastic—right across from a main entrance to Wingate University, which makes it incredibly convenient. It’s also within walking distance of Wingate Social House, a great spot for drinks and relaxing. We really appreciated that the property is pet-friendly as well. Communication with the host was quick and responsive whenever we needed anything. The only suggestion I would make is a more thorough deep cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back—especially since we’ll be visiting often for athletics and the location truly can’t be beat."
