Ruby Golf Course Tours and Activities

The property seemed run down and not too good about letting us know where everything was and times of service, ie shows and buffet. Food was ok. Pool was dirty. Everything at the store was overpriced. Much needed bug spray was $26! The staff was wonderful! Very helpful, social and entertaining! Beautiful beach.

We had a nice time but the staff at the front desk when we arrived did not share any important information with us-towels, restaurants, transportation, etc. - We had to figure everything out on our own and sometimes it was just too late. She seemed to lack any motivation. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning crew was great. Always attentive when we needed anything. The price of food and drinks was ridiculous and the fact that there is no shuttle to the grocery store and that the convenience store was closed was also very disappointing. I feel like we as tourists are being taken advantage of. I had to pay $56 US plus tip to go to the grocery store with Lewis (taxi). He insisted on waiting and said that was the only way. I refused to use him again and made sure everyone we met was aware of the outrageous prices of transportation. It's quite a shame as the beach here is lovely. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning.
