Only two things i can say, the wifi upstairs did not work, and the master bed was super soft and comfortable....the other 2 beds in the other 2 bedrooms were kinda hard, my kids complained. As a bonus there are lights and what appear to be security camera on your boat.FYI for boaters: At low tide the channel is extremely shallow, I was sounding 1.5’, but 2 hrs after was 5\.
