"First time staying at a guesthouse, so was a little strange not have a person at the desk. But other than that, it was fine. The doors are a bit thin so you can hear every footstep and door open/close, so if someone is a light sleeper could be an issue. No other issues apart from that "

"The hotel is an old building with solid walls, so the rooms were quite quiet. Our visit co-incided with scaffolding entirely covering the outside of the building for remedial work on the walls and roof, but although off-putting there was no noise or dust from the works - just a pair of feet dangling from the scaffolding outside our window on the day of our arrival! "The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter. "

"This quaint and traditional B&B is a great location for Shakespeare lovers who wish to be in walking distance of the RSC and Stratford old town. It is located across the bridge and so is in a quieter area away from the business of the town center. Within a 5 minute walk you are in historic Stratford and all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is parking available on site which was very advantageous. "

"Working in the area, made a change from the standard hotels, lovely and clean and carpets throughout made my stay nice and quiet, well maintained and pleasant welcome from Peter, Met Justine in the morning, welcoming well catered breakfast available. I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities."

"A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."
