« Immediately walked into a clean, organized home! My family enjoyed their stay here, and I would recommend this house for families. Everything was very clean and ready for us! One tip though is if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as it is on a busy road! Other than that, no complaints! It is located right near a small, cute town that is accessible for all. »

« The house location and rooms and backyard were so great, as is the kitchen! There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Here's suggestion for improvement: the light in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, and the remote that controls it was missing; the vent in the bedroom hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced because it blew out very dirty air. Other than that, the house was very clean. Thank you! »

« Listing was very accurate, clean and with items necessary for the stay. The location was 9 minutes from Duke University Hospital which is what we needed but not in a neighborhood but rather on an exceptionally busy main artery. Parking suitable for only two vehicles and was difficult to navigate in order to drive out. The house sits considerably lower than the street and due to infrastructure the bottom of the vehicle was scraped each time we exited. No ceiling fans in the house, odd for NC....

« My main consideration in renting this property was its closeness to the town of Hillsborough. The property was clean however that’s all I can say. The road leading to the property was unpaved and sewer lines were recently installed and stuck up in road. Also commercial buildings were on right side of house and we heard thumping/banging noises.
