« Beautiful property. I am thankful that the host graciously allowed us to host a golf theme birthday gathering. The communication was prompt and clear at all times. The home was exactly as described. The only thing I could offer as improvement would be possibly to provide more cleaning supplies on hand. But what was provided was sufficient for a typical stay. « Listing was very accurate, clean and with items necessary for the stay. The location was 9 minutes from Duke University Hospital which is what we needed but not in a neighborhood but rather on an exceptionally busy main artery. Parking suitable for only two vehicles and was difficult to navigate in order to drive out. The house sits considerably lower than the street and due to infrastructure the bottom of the vehicle was scraped each time we exited. No ceiling fans in the house, odd for NC....

« It's a small place and a little older, but everything works and the neighbors are nice and safe. We enjoyed the closeness to the highways and Durham. Nice lockable closed deck too with a ceiling fan for kids and dogs. Washer and dryer worked great. Good trails around there too. Big screen tvs, cold AC, and hot showers. Enjoyed our stay. »

« My main consideration in renting this property was its closeness to the town of Hillsborough. The property was clean however that’s all I can say. The road leading to the property was unpaved and sewer lines were recently installed and stuck up in road. Also commercial buildings were on right side of house and we heard thumping/banging noises.
