Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a major issue. It barely cooled the room, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. I spoke with the staff about it, but I was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly all night. It’s a shame because everything else about the hotel was great, but the poor A/C significantly affected my stay.

Excellent location…clean and friendly. Only challenge was that food wasn’t always available during the day. We worked around it, but would prefer the hotel works around our schedule vs the other way around. Regardless…top notch location, and we would stay again.

An excellent hotel set within a number of linked historic buildings. The inside is very modern. Close to the Cathedral and numerous restaurants. Very good location.

Throughout our 3 days stay despite complaints air conditioning was not working. We slept in the room with a fan besides us. Disgusting and no one attempted to look into same. Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff were all friendly and approachable. They were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities, despite staying in 40 degree temperatures the air conditioning was sufficient!
