« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. « Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great. »

« The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time. »

« The staff is very unfriendly. I forgot my toothbrush and a hairbrush, they don’t carry things that a traveler may need as most hotels do. The staff was unfriendly. I see why the Holiday Inn (next door) their parking lot was full while this one was empty. »

« Front desk was great,when we arrived and the dining room was very clean. The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️ »
