The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street.

We stayed at the Crowne for the weekend of March 22nd and 23rd for a basketball tournament my son was in. I was greeted at the front desk by Farid and Rajitha, and my stay got off on the right foot. Farid was warm, welcoming and kind - and gave me some great recommendations for local pizza near the hotel, as well as taking care of breakfast for my other son who was traveling with us! I was a bit leery to book this hotel seeing some of the other reviews but decided to give it a try since it was a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was big, very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it included a breakfast of bagels/cereal/wallfles and good coffee. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
