"Stayed here loads before covid for work so i didn’t bother to check the reviews and what a mistake. The hotel is being used to house asylum seekers who have made this their home by using the the corridors as children's play areas (a bike race at 10pm) with screaming kids and adults arguing. With nowhere for children to play, this is clearly not the right hotel to house a family for months. Breakfast was a disaster because as soon as food comes out, the asylum seekers take everything. Very good hotel but pool not included
"Location of hotel is ideal as it's in the town centre. Reception is nice and welcoming. Check in was simple. Our room was great with a lot of space. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. I booked this hotel on the basis it had a swimming pool and spa and the photo of the hotel is a photo of the pool, so I assumed as a customer I would have use of the pool for the duration of my stay, but apparently not. The hotel contacted me before I arrived letting me know of some extras to add to my stay, like dinner, bigger room, etc. Not once did they tell me the pool is not included even though the photo shown to you first is the pool"
