"We didn't stay for breakfast. We checked out before 8 am. Rooms had black mold and were dirty. Switched rooms same problem. Talked with Frank and the front desk who said he "wasn't surprised" by the conditions of the rooms. Valet is a joke. He was sleeping and and the nerve to tell me he didn't have to valet my vehicle. For the service I received and $44, I agreed and found free parking around the corner. Crazy to talk to someone like that when you work for tips. Upon checkout, Michelle was the only reasonable person."

"I have stayed many times to visit my son who attends CMU. This hotel is closest one to the campus that surrounded with good restaurant options. It is about 5 to 10 mins walk to both CMU and Pitts. "

"Rooms are small. The only up side is the location. The place is ok but overpriced for what they offer. "

"My favorite part of the stay was their excellent breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pastries, bagels (even with lox, capers and red onions) plus a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, etc. It was a true breakfast buffet! Besides that, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet (except the air conditioner was a bit noisy), the parking free and access and the grounds were well kept."

"I really want to give this hitel 5 stars as it has so much giing for it. However, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. (I just assumed, wrongly, that there would be.) The only problem we had was with the heating/ac/ventilation in the room. The thermostat was controlled somewhere other than in our room, and whether the heating was on or not, there was a fan running constantly which gave me a terrible headache and caused my husband to have an allergy attack."

"Staffs at the from desk are really nice and welcoming. They respond pretty quickly to our requests. The hotel room is also clean and tidy, not super spacious but is comfortable in size. The pillow and mattress are also comfortable. Overall a nice stay experience "
