The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

Room was very big and clean with a huge window and a lovely view of the Liver Building .
Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

"Good size room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet included cereals , fresh fruit , pastries , hot selection of eggs, bacon ,sausage, hash browns, black pudding, mushrooms. Teas, coffee, hot chocolate. The staff are very helpful and friendly."

Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window.
