Lovely hotel convenient for the centre of Caen, restuarants and transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Minor issue - the ambient lighting in the room was great but we could have done with some brighter lighting as well, as sometimes it was a bit dark. Excellent stay though.

Staff was nice . The room had an odor. The blow dryer was very weak with little heat seemed like it was running on batteries. The only items provided is soap tissues and thin towels.
