went on a last minute birthday trip and it was incredible! steps from the metro, coffee and mcdonald’s! all of the staff was helpful! the pool was incredible and the hotel is beautiful

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and very accommodating. Rooms are well themed and rooms has good views. Scenic rooftop pool views, and Guest Staff. Mikael or Mika was demonstrating superior customer service and even great advises for the nearby area.

My wife and I booked this hotel back in February for the Oddities event. However, had we known what the property was like beforehand, we definitely would have chosen elsewhere. Upon arrival, the first room that we were placed in has roaches. I did complain and we were moved to a different room. I no longer saw any bug issues but the room was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, forcing us to wear socks the entire time, and the walls were filthy. There were also holes in the blanket bed and our sink kept backing up, bringing up something pink from the sink. In the parking lot, there is a small strip of grass which was littered with dog poop everywhere. The only reason we chose to still stay was because we drove 6 hours to Maryland and we didn't have money for other accomodations. Howbeit, I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.
