"Chunks of carpet missing in hallway. The room couch was just covered in stains. Wood peeling off the shelves and other areas. Tiles not secure to wall in bathroom and hair and other various dirt in bathroom corners. Blinds broken. Overall pretty laughable to charge 100+ a night for such a jank room. "

He is the epitome of customer service and deserves to be recognized by his management! Bobby thank you for all your professionalism and courtesy…much appreciated! The entire staff is excellent!"
