Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. The rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful, though we never saw anyone there. At first we had sticker shock from the price but as our vacation went on we realized that Corsica is just one expensive place to be.
The location was great in that we were close to some of the finest beaches anywhere, but, otherwise, there is nothing else in the vicinity, as the hotel is in the middle of an enormous complex of residential cabins.

We had a fantastic stay! Highlights were the wine tasting and the dinner in the vineyard which were unforgettable experiences. The staff are incredibly friendly although we did find communication over email/through Expedia to be slow in the run up to our stay. Don't let that put you off though! Room was lovely, pool and views are stunning and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Our stay at A Speranza Suites avec Piscine Privative Chauffée was exceptional from start to finish. The suite was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The private heated pool was the highlight—it offered complete privacy and was perfect for unwinding at any time of the day.
The location is peaceful, yet conveniently close to Bonifacio and some of Corsica’s most stunning beaches, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality retreat with outstanding accommodation and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend A Speranza Suites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

After the 10am check out you’re not allowed to stay at the property due to insurance reasons but can leave your bags and come back to shower. Ridiculous.

"It was ok, I didn’t find the staff very helpful. The property is in a nice location but it’s a long way from the city. The pool was nice. Good that there are restaurants nearby as the one on the property seemed to be booked out, so I can’t comment on any of the food as I didn’t eat there."
