Our overall experience at SHG Hotel was good. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our visit.
The breakfast buffet was simple and basic—not extraordinary, but it offered enough variety to satisfy your morning needs and get your day started. While it may not be a standout feature of the hotel, it was adequate and convenient.
The hotel served its purpose well, providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. We appreciated the hospitality and had a pleasant visit overall.

Location was amazing, 10 minute walk to center, the view from your private back terrace was AMAZING. Room was clean and practical. The only complaint I had was the AC, we went mid April and the staff feels that because outside it’s 65 degrees, you don’t need AC. So they basically control it so you can’t even turn on fan. When I asked they said “ cool outside, you don’t need it”. They should write that, we have AC but we decide when you need it. Other than that, I like they had a secure parking garage.

I enjoyed my stay! The staff were amazing. It was a large group and they were nice enough to put us all on the same floor. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was walking distance to a lot of food and shopping areas.
