The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and clean.
The hotel is located in an alley near Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore where you can catch the bus, or take a 6 minutes walk to reach Metro lines A & B.
The only positives about this hotel are its location and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
The rooms are extremely small, outdated, and did not feel particularly clean. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, and the shower drained so slowly that water would accumulate around our ankles while showering.
We stayed for four nights, and the sewer smell only got progressively worse throughout our stay, making the experience even more unpleasant.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind sacrificing cleanliness and comfort. The convenient location and kind staff were appreciated, but they weren’t enough to make up for the condition of the rooms.
Stong AC. Breakfast was alright but does get busy so there there early or you may have to wait in line to be able to be sat
The location is perfect for exploring the city and well connected with buses and the metro. We loved the short walk into Ancient Rome.
The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, the pastries at breakfast were lovely.
Most importantly, the staff really made the stay! When asked they provided recommendations for places to eat locally and things to do, including pointing them out on a map. They were chatty and friendly and we will definitely be returning!
This is an older, but very cute hotel. The staff is very helpful, and helped us with anything we needed. The outdoor courtyard was a great area to hang out with friends. Would recommendations this hotel for your next stay in Rome.

I’d say the cleanliness of the building could’ve been better it wasn’t disgusting it was bearable just small things were kinda gross but easy check in and nice staff
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. If you had a problem they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was the same each day so so.

The hotel wasn’t 5 star but we were only there to sleep. Basic breakfast kept us going until lunch in the mornings. The room had a separate area for the kids which was useful so didn’t all feel crammed in together. Location was good, 10 mins to station (good pavements for suitcases), near metro stations and bus to Travestere. Walking distance to Colosseum. The shower needs looking at as sprayed everywhere unless had it down and pointing to side wall so not then easy to wash. No kettle in room.
Good location, but overall average
The hotel has a very good location, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room was average. Unfortunately, the room service was not very thorough. They only made the bed and did not properly clean the bathroom or the floor. We also had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper ourselves.
The breakfast was good and fairly standard. However, it was a positive point that empty items were replaced quickly.
Overall, the hotel was average. The great location, good air conditioning, and friendly staff were the main positives, but the room cleanliness and housekeeping service could definitely be improved.

Old and rundown building. Breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. It consisted of hard boiled eggs, processed meat and cheese, croissants, yogurt, canned peaches, coffee, juice and tap water. Daily housekeeping was kept to a bare minimum like replacement of towels. The major selling point of this hotel is the location main reason why we paid a premium for our accommodation. Restaurants and souvenir shops in proximity to the hotel. Will look at other accommodation options next time we visit Rome.
A little overpriced for what you get. The staff and location were nice, but the AC in the room did not keep the room cool and the showerhead in the bathroom sprayed us right in the face and was not adjustable. We stayed somewhere else for less cost at the beginning of the trip which was much better overall. Breakfast in the morning was OK.
This is a very basic hotel but perfectly ok considering the very reasonable prices in Central Rome. The place feels a bit old fashioned and could do with a refurb, but was clean enough (not spotless). Single room was small, secure, basic and had air con and safe. Breakfast buffet was good. Very well located walking distance to everything in Rome. Staff were friendly. I paid 65GBP per night which was very reasonable so really cannot complain.
