It’s right across the street from Roma Termini station and made our trip very easy. Not to mention the staff has great communication. However if proximity to the station isn’t a need for you I probably wouldn’t recommend. Overall the area is not great and a good 20-30 min walk to the closest attractions. The “smart” key features were inconsistent and we had to end up calling to be remotely let in which wasn’t convenient (though the host was responsive!). My biggest issue was the cleanliness in the bathroom; the shower was rather moldy. One other thing was that our room was advertised as a triple with 2 beds and only had one.
