For the last day of the stay there was some problem with water supply, she shifted us to her friend's place. Very nice of her to have done this, appreciate it. Very central and easy to find. Near the central train station Termini and just 10 minutes walking away to the Colosseum. The room is very clean and comfortable with private bathroom and air conditioning. Melanie was a great host, very helpful and nice. Every morning there is a rich self service breeakfast. The wifi connection is avalaible for free. Nobody there to do check-in so I had to ask a neighnouring hotel to call on my behalf for assistance. Once I was checked in there was absolutely zero customer service. Nobody dropped in or called/emailed to see if everything was ok. It was a bed and breakfast and even after emailing the owners twice to inform them of my departure time there was no response. No breakfast was provided. The computer and printer did not work.
