Very clean and comfortable. Great staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve never stayed at a bed and breakfast in Roma. Very pleased with how everything worked out well. The location just a few minutes walk to a lot of sites (Spanish steps, Trivi fountain, the Pantheon and others. The exterior is old but it fits either neighborhood. All the modern conveniences were there. Very comfortable living space.

Great location & nice layout for family of 4

Wonderful location in the center of everything! We were able to walk to almost all of the major attractions. There is no reception but I received a response almost immediately when I was having an issue with the shower. The breakfast was delivered on time every morning but not possible before 8am which might impact some early morning plans. Good setup for my family of 4 with 2 separate rooms—queen bed in one and 2 twins in the other.

Rome in 3 days…

The check in process was scary. Much more of a Hostel than a hotel. I had no communication about the codes to get it. We had to google the phone number and then call to get the instructions. There were also unexpected city taxes that were collected on cite. The breakfast was convenient. Accommodations were great and so was location.

This is not a hotel, but rather an apartment very conveniently located in the center of Rome. While the building itself is not greatly maintained, we found our apartment to be clean, comfortable and safe for our family of 4. Breakfast was convenient and Silvia and the 2 women that were present each morning were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were so thankful for the air conditioning! Because of the convenience the location, we were able to sight see and then walk back for a quick cool off. The only downside was that it was a bit loud at night during the weekend nights. I would def return with my family!

It was a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location with the ability to walk to many sights. Clean and well stocked mini bar. Lovely breakfast. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat.

This is not a hotel despite the appearance and posting in photos. It’s misleading so buyer be aware when booking. The entrance is also very difficult to find. There is no sign or address that stands out. It’s pretty much one door to the next until you guess correctly.

It was very difficult getting in and out of the property with little, tiny elevators. The were pass codes getting in 2 doors. I didn't have Whats app so i didn't get all the instructions to get in. There was another customer who helped us or we couldn't have been able to get inside.

Piazza Venezia Grand Suite is not a hotel, it consists of two apartments which were converted to something like guest rooms in the second floor of a very old building with unpleasant entrance. No front desk, no normal city maps. No public toillet. Breakfast is served in the room, in our room there were no chairs. Towels were not changed during the three days of our stay. However, the three women we met there during the mornings were extremely nice and they were very willing to help. the manager was always available on WhatsApp. The location is fantastic.

I feel like I was duped when I booked this property. It is not a HOTEL it is more like an AirBNB. I am also pretty certain we got COVID here as we tested positive and got very sick the moment we got home. You check-in virtually (which is bizarre). So no front desk staff at all during the stay. The lady who delivered our breakfast was clearly sick and on the third day I heard her coughing on everything. It's also loud outside the building. On our last day we met a couple in the lobby who waited 5 hours because there was a mix up on their reservation and they had no where for them to stay. The rooms are very small not like pictured. Sad that our trip had to end on this note.
