This hotel was perfect for us to be so close to tourist sites. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. It is centrally located between the Trevi Fountain, Forum complex, the Vatican, and other sites, so it was a perfect destination for us on our trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's not a fancy hotel or room, but it got the job done and was honestly exactly what we were looking for, prioritizing location over amenities.

The location is excellent, and staff helpful. The condition of the property is mediocre - floor boards outside the bathroom were a hazard, bathroom door handle was broken, the exterior door hard to secure, and the bed was terrible. There was lots of noise upstairs when guests were active.

The washroom sink is not working, no way that you could wash your teeth or face or do anything without getting dirty water splashed. It was literally clogged when we got there. And the reception is only there between 9-5 so if anything is wrong, you cant tell until the day after. Another major issue was that you cany close the washroom door, the door is very old so it keeps bouncing back. No way that you can go to washroom/Bathroom and have a privacy! Which is very odd!

Ubicación increíble, alojamiento agradable

La localización es increíble. Lo único que la recepción de los apartamentos está en la misma acera enfrente de ellos, pero está muy cerca. Las habitación estaba bien: las camas muy cómodas y la decoración un poco antigua pero funcional. También estaba muy limpia. Lo único que no me gustó es que la habitación daba a un patio, a pesar de haber solicitado buenas vistas. El personal muy amable. Sin duda volvería de nuevo y lo recomendaré a mis amigos. Gracias!

La chicas de la recepcion, unas genias. Martina, habla excelente español. fue de gran ayuda para nosotros. De hecho, hasta nos ayudo a conseguir entradas para el vaticano y el coliseo al precio oficial. Super atentas. Volveria!! Nos sentimos muy comodos y a gusto. La habitacion, esta muy bien. super comodo y limpio. Buena relacion, precio calidad. el chech in, no es complicado. solo tenes que leer detalladamente las indicaciones que te dan, y no vas a tener ningun problema. Exclente ubicacion, desde alli haces todo caminando.

Great location, kinda uncomfortable though

Great location and has everything you'd need. Downsides are the bed is quite uncomfortable, it's really loud from sounds as people come into the apartment block and loud footsteps upstairs.

Centralt beliggende i Rom

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, er rent og personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden får man på en nærliggende cafe der ligger lige ved Cadtel Sankt Angelo. Man skal ikke lade sig skræmme hvis værelset ligger i nr 236 og receptionen ligger i nr 14 - de to ligger næsten over for hinanden på gaden, så man skal bare gå omkring 50 meter mellem de to. Desuden er personalet flinke til at hjælpe en på plafs.

Kaikki toimi perustasolla hyvin eikä varsinaista valittamista ollut missään. Sijainti on erinomainen ja moneen suuntaan on helppo kulkea jalkaisin. Valitettavasti myös hiukan meluisa ja äänieristys on olematon. Aamiainen oli suomalaiseen makuun hyvin pieni, mutta kyllä maukas.

Bon emplacement mais confort limité

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter au sein d'une petite rue commerçante mais très calme. La propreté de l'hôtel est bonne. Le confort est très simple. Chambre basique avec une minuscule fenêtre. Gros point négatif, pas de salle de petit déjeuner. Il faut marcher 10 minute pour prendre le petit déjeuner dan sun café au bout de la rue.

Great location.

We visited Rome for our 25th aniversary, we stay in Nova Domizia for 24 days, we stay in building with great location, near Piazza Navona, Saint Angelo Castle and Vatican, It was a great experience because the ladies in the deskfront help us a lot, they were soo polite and support us with our troubles.

Veldig fornøyd! Kan absolutt anbefales.

Veldig fint hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Frokosten var enkel og holdt ikke så lenge utover dagen, men til gjengjeld veldig god. Veldig perfekt lokasjon med ca. 2 min gange til Piazza Navona, men likevel stille og rolig på kveldstid. Gledelig overraskelse med badekar :)

No regret with pleasant fare

Best location to discover genuine Rome. All staff are so friendly and kind. Despite being aged, room condition was always kept clean with rustic and charming decoration during my staying and it is quite spacious for double room. If your budget is not sufficient but you are still seeking a comfortable and clean hotel, I highly recommend you to stay in Nova Domizia. Breakfast service is also lovely.

Struttura ottima, pulita e personale gentilissimo!

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, ottima! Unico appunto la distanza del bar per la colazione compensata però dalla quantità delle cose che si possono consumare nel locale.

Fantastic location and will definitely use again. Little bit unconventional with the reception across the street and the breakfast being served in a local cafe. No complaints and we got it for a very reasonable price.

Kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel hat vier Zimmer und die Rezeption ist bis 19 Uhr besetzt. Ein kleines Frühstück gibt es in einem Cafe ca. 5 min entfernt Richtung Vatikan und Engelsburg. Die Lage ist wunderbar in einer schönen kleinen Gasse!! In wenigen Gehminuten hat man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht und in 2 min ist man an einem Platz, von dem viele Busse fahren, so dass man auch bequem zu den weiter entfernten Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Das Zimmer war sauber und würde täglich gereinigt.

overall, it was a pleasant stay. the service was very good and the staff was very friendly. the room had no view and was a bit smaller than expected. the breakfast included was at a cosy restaurant nearby, the food was basic but sufficient - a coffee, a croissant and a small fruit salad. the street and area is very beautiful and nearby to historical sights, all within walking distance. however, if you are looking to avoid heavy turism and want to get off the beaten track this is not it.

Best experience ever due to the hotel manager

Hotel manager, Christiano was beyond amazing. Helped me with everything. No confusion just extremely helpful. This is the best stay I have ever had and I stay in 100 hotels per year. Plus, his assistant manager, Martina, was also amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Went beyond out of their way.

Perfect location in Rome. Very clean, and nice place. All monuments within 20-25 minutes walk.Walking distance to the Vatican 15 mins, Coliseum 30 mins, 3 minutes from the Pantheon. we love this pleace

God belligenhed - dårlig service

Hotellet får ikke varme anbefalinger af mig. Vi ankom 23.50 og kunne ikke få adgang ril værelset, hvilket resulterede i at vi måtte booke et andet kl. 01 om natten. Udover at det ikke var en fantastisk start på vores tur til Rom kostede det os ekstra 1200 kr. til en ny overnatning. Det værelse vi fik tildelt lå lige op ad hovedindgang, så der var en del larm. Vi kom tidligt op hverdag. Under vores ophold mødte vi flere nye gæster, som havde problemer med at få kontakt med receptionen.

Unser Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet und durchaus zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption! Es gab kleine Schönheitsmängel im Bad, die uns jedoch nicht weiter störten. Es ist etwas hellhörig.

Nous réservons sur le site SNCF et sur place nous avons appris que vous avez sous-traité à expédia. Nous avons commandé pour une adresse et une fois payé on nous a hébergé à une autre adresse même rue mais numéro différent. Surprise le petit déjeuner était à 500m de la résidence dans un bar donc aller retour 1KM, honteux. La literie était tachée, la salle de bain était sale, la cabine de douche était cassée et dans un état déplorable. Nous nous sommes plaints à l'accueil, ils nous ont changé les draps le lendemain mais rien de plus pour le ménage. Quant au petit déjeuner il parait que c'était marqué sur le site Expédia, qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et qu'il ne connaissait pas SNCF(sur votre site ce n'était pas mentionné). C'est comme cela que nous avons appris que vous avez sous-traité. Pour les petits déjeuners pas question de faire 1km tous les matins, nous les avons pris à nos frais à côté. Quelle déception nous pensions que votre site était plus sérieux et plus fiable. Nous sommes client depuis très longtemps chez vous, nous avons voyagé, loué des voitures, réservé des chambres d'hôtel sans aucun problème. Pour regagner notre confiance, nous aimerions avoir des explications de votre part. Nous attendons que vous nous contactiez. Cordialement
