Quiet area. Room cleaned and fresh towels daily. A bit dated in appearance but bed comfy and shower good
What made this hotel especially good was the staff. Christina was super helpful and went well beyond expectations top help us try and locate a hotel in the area for one night more than what we had booked. Hotels in the area were sold out but she found a solution for us.
Good price for decent accommodation, 22 minute walk to Termini

It's a 50-minute walk from the city center. The rooms are nice. However, the breakfast arrangement is extremely problematic. Breakfast ends very early, around 9:30 AM. When you arrive at breakfast at 9 AM, basic breakfast items like eggs, tomatoes, and bread are already gone, and they don't replenish them. When you ask for more, they stall you and then, as time passes, they say, "Breakfast time is over." They also immediately turn off the hot water/coffee machine at 9:30 AM, even though there's already a long queue. This rude attitude, treating customers like fools, is seriously disturbing.
The only really annoying thing was not giving me the safe key, when I asked for it. They also did not fix the broken loo seat.

We had a mixed time, to be honest. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was fine. We liked the local area, because it wasn't too touristy, and the market was great. The accommodation, on the other hand, was tired. The lights fused when we plugged in an international adapter. The shower was operated using an ordinary screw. The bath seemed to be held in place with sealant and the carpets were very worn in the public areas. But by the end of our stay we were quite fond of the place. People need to bear in mind it is a long way (30 minutes to an hour's walk) from the main sights!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I arrived early in the morning, they allowed me to leave my luggages in a storage inside the hotel until the check in time. The room was clean but a paint and new furnishings could help. The only disappointment was the bathtub. It was very small, like 2 X 2 and you almost fit, but I guess that’s the way in Italy. A lot of options to dinner and a lot of options for buses. Very safe to walk at night. I had to extended my stay for 2 more days and they gave me even a better rate than the original. Overall, is a great pleads to stay. I will definitely will stay again.

It's the middle of summer and after flying 24 hours from Australia and after exploring the city all day, I just want to relax in a cool room booked via Expedia.
Unfortunately for me, the air conditioning at LH Lloyd Rome does not work.
All the receptionist can tell me is "sorry" which is not a solution when it is 29 degrees inside your room and not what you expect from a 3* hotel in a European capital .
At 5pm she says "wait a bit longer" but temp never goes down. The manager has been made aware but is not onsite, cannot offer any solutions such as reimbursement. I've been to 40 countries, this is one of the worst accommodation experiences.
At midnight, temp dropped to 28.3, but then when I turn on the TV and move around, order down food, it is now back to 28.6..... so am I supposed to wait just a bit longer, until I checkout at 11am perhaps?
This seems like a 1 star hotel, not a 3 star! It is cooler down in the lobby, perhaps I should take a pillow and sleep down there?
The breakfast was good but the room and bathroom feels and seems dirty.
At night is really noisy.

Excelente experiência. Equipe extremamente eficiente e atenciosa, passando todas as informações necessárias com simpatia e bom humor.
Boa localização. Conseguimos visitar a Fontana di Trevi, Monumento Emanuelli e Coliseu a pé, sem dificuldades.
Além disso, um diferencial (principalmente em hotéis na Europa), a disponibilização de café da manhã diversificado incluso na diária.
Para o preço que pagamos e o tempo de estadia, foi um excelente custo benefício.

Der var i tapetet en skade der lignede en vandskade lige ved sengen.
Værelset lugtede en smule af røg, som forsøgt skjult af forskellige dufte.
badeværelse var der sorte mærker efter noget skimmellignende i kanterne, derudover var badekaret revnet, bruseren manglede en god gang afkalkning, den sprøjtede hele badeværelset til, når man tændte den.
Værelset trænger ihvertfald til en renovering!
Den person der sad i receptionen da vi tjekkede ind d. 2/8 var høflig og til stede, hun var god til at fortælle om område, hvad vi skulle opleve osv. sagde hej og farvel når man kom og gik fra hotellet. Resten af personalet var ligegyldigt, de gad ingen gang se op over skranken når man var der.
I forhold til morgenmadsservering havde vi et værelse lige op af hvor serveringen foregik, der var en mand i køkkenet som allerede begyndte at råbe på gangen kl 6:30 så man blev vækket, da han var i gang med at gøre klar til morgenmad. Derudover kunne man også høre ham hele tiden når man spiste morgenmad, selvom han var i køkkenet fordi han hævede sin stemme så meget.
