Hotel is definitely an average 3 star hotel. Felt more like a b&b than a hotel, although it did have character. Rooms do not look like pictures. And there really was no view.. but was told we’d get 2 twin beds but upon arrival we actually got a queen bed which we were more than happier with. Walls are very thin though and place is really small so you can hear everything. Hotel staff was very accommodating, arranged a shuttle via e-mail from airport and helped us get to the train station to head into Rome.

The staff was wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that was very helpful. Comfortable beds. The location is perfect.

The ad for this facility are misleading. Some amenity photos are of locations remote to the hotel. I am sure the staff is pleasant. Located in what seemed to be a residential area with a patio view of nothing and no restaurant, we advised them we were not staying.. We were advised no refund would be offered. We decide that was a better option than staying two nights in this facility that is more of a B and B than a hotel. High ratings appear suspect. Disapointment did not ruin the remainder of our vacation.

The pictures made it look so nice. It was not. The beach and swimming pool area are in disrepair, there are no places to eat in the area and a short ride to the airport was 60.00 euro! We should have stayed in Rome. I thought it would be cheaper and convenient to stay at the Mirragio but it wa a total disappointment!

Great location in my opinion, the bus stop is just a few steps away, if you're bus savy, take advantage of this transportation...very calm area, away from noisy center... This hotels feels very homely, like being at Grandma's place 😊
